Stacy Barrett-Heisler


Our Wonderful Owner has worked the last 16 years at Stepping Stone Day School. She started at the age of 17 and has gone from a Teacher's Assistant to the Assistant Director. 

Now, she is applying her experience, skills, and understanding of the needs of children and parents in a Preschool environment.  

Preschool is more than just a job to her, it is her passion to help kids learn and grow.


Susan Baldwin

Head Teacher 

Susan is one of our head teachers in our advanced pre school class. She has been helping children learn and grow in the Willamette Valley for over 20 years. She is a member of Willamette Valley Street Rods and is the owner of a 55 Chevrolet Belair Deluxe. She is also an avid Camper and loves the great outdoors.


Katy Swoboda

Head Teacher

Katy is one of our head teachers in our  3 to 5 year old classroom. She loves arts and crafts and doing silly dances, She loves reading and doing goofy voices for story time. She has been teaching for the last 15 years and enjoys every minute of it.

Lane Isaak

Head Teacher/  Assistant Director

Lane is the head teacher in our 1's and 2's Class. She has been working in childcare for the last 17 years. She loves her class and goes above and beyond everyday. She is a wonderful, teacher, friend and co-worker to all. She enjoys spending time with her family and the great outdoors camping.


Kim Mello


Kim works with our 2 year olds. She is fun, kindhearted, and loves children. She has two grown children of her own and has been in the daycare field for the last 10 years. She is into gardening and loves to teach the kids all about it.


Christina Boerger

Adreauna works in our 1 and 2 year old classroom. She is kind spirited, fun loving, and enjoys teaching young kids through play. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
